The protectant mattress pad the sales man sold us was the incorrect one. I washed the mattress pad accordingly. The mattress is full of bed wetting. Mattress firm district manager in Houston promised she would take care of it. Promised to have mattress replaced. Here it is a yr later. Still haven't heard anything back. This company don't follow through
